Training is not always for new employees. Current employees sometimes need a refresher course in the expectations of their role or new fresh ways to approach a task they are already doing. The Purrfectionary project does just that where the training's target audience is the company's existing front-end customer service specialists. The training proposal groups content and activities into three distinct phases an infographic sent to stores to inform the staff about the new training and the new process for customer interactions that will stay so the staff has a reference once the training is complete. A web-based self-paced pre-onsite portal for learners to educate themselves on the new process, why it is crucial, which even comes with a quiz so learners can challenge their knowledge of the process. Lastly is the on-site training that couples staff members with a trainer to do live on the floor training with real customers as practice with a trainer by their side. All assets created for the training were in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD as well as ScreenFlow 9 for the proposal pitch video.
