Little Red Boots is an audio adaptation of Little Red Cap by the Brothers Grimm modernized for the target audience of college students utilizing the media hosting site SoundCloud. Audio allows learners to access media that, for some with disabilities, are out of their reach in college courses. Little Red Boots allows learners studying in the German language and literature department to experience the fairy tales in English and with more context and ambiance than text alone. All aspects from the recording, mixing, and editing of the music, narration and sound effects are accomplished in Adobe Audition and then uploaded to the SoundCloud website to ease access.
